Hello! My name is Bob Koenders. My story and current market position began as a child exposed to growing flowers and vegetables with my family in Macomb County, Michigan. This early experience led me to pursue an education through Michigan State University whereupon I graduated with a degree in agronomy. With my passion for growing flowers still very much alive, and for the past 17 years, I've managed to succeed by growing certain "specialty cut flowers" that simply do not withstand long-distance shipping. Thanks to my unique growing methods, 15 acres of superior soil types, daily harvesting and immediate local delivery, I've been able to grow and supply this region's wholesale florist industry for many years now. Having accomplished this and together with the expansion efforts and appreciation of my wife and other vastly appreciated locally hired workers, I'm both grateful and excited to be able to offer out flowers direct to all of you!
